As well as providing services for residential properties in the UK we also provide regular maintenance programs for the commerical sector through out the United Kingdom. This is an ideal option of businesses who have multiple properties which either are used as public service buildings such as fitness gyms, bus stations, rail stations and for offices or warehouses where stock is stored and need to be keep the correct environment (leaks, burst pipes etc can be distarous to stock or documentation).

All Walls provide the Trespass outlet with a regular maintenance and property program. Originally commissioned to replace the roof, Trespass took advantage of our maintenance program to keep their premises in peak condition.

We were awarded the contract for phases 1 to 4 of the regeneration of the Derby train station which is being renovated for the Olympics in 2012. Derby will be a major station, providing transportation to and from the various games sites.

Phases 1 and 2 are complete and we will be undertaking 3 and 4 in April
